Salem TWP Cemetery, Lower Salem, Washington County, Ohio, USA [1]
Notes
Phebe is listed in the ransumner Family Tree. There is possibly a second Phebe, born 7 OCT 1854, died 14 SEP 1855. While Phebe I1782 has a Find-A-Grave record with a photo of the headstone, there are no sources for the second Phebe. It's my understanding that it wasn't unusual to "reuse" baby names if a child died extremely young, as is the case here. The second Phebe wasn't quite a year old, so it doesn't surprise me that the family might have called the next daughter Phebe. But until I get more sources for the second Phebe, I'm not going to add her.

This memorial was linked from https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/4055840/person/242342799806/facts. Note that sister Nancy Ann Fulton apparently died the same day. A search for Washington County newspapers in 1860 proved fruitless.
