Various records have used "Emery" and/or "Garitson."
Their marriage date is speculation. In the 1900 Census, they both report being married one year. Yet Louis Garrison was born and died in 1898, and his interment records show Charles and Minnie Garrison as his parents. In the 1896-1897 Columbus City Directory, Charles Garrison lived across the street from Eusebius Weethee on Gangewer Alley. In the next year, Charles had moved to 510 Nace Ave.
On 23 Jun 2009, I contacted the Franklin County Probate Court for a records search.

The Franklin County Probate Court received your request for information
on Charles Emery Garrison. I have searched the Probate records for
Franklin County from 1867-1908 and was unable to find his name listed.

Minnie Almary WEETHEE (ID:I258), b. 8 Aug 1882, Circleville, Pickaway County, Ohio, USA , d. 18 Aug 1970, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, USA (Age 88 years) [19]
Minnie reports her birth year as 1881, not the 1882 that appears on her burial record. 1881 would make her 16 at Louis' birth, and possibly for her marriage as well.

– in a house at 400 Gangewer Alley, working as a stonemason
According to the directory, Gangewer Alley ran from Main south, between Scioto and Canal.
Residence
Abt 1897
510 Nace Ave, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, USA [12]
– working as a stonemason
Nace ran from Bellows Avenue south to Harrisburg Pike; it was the first street west of Centner Avenue. Nace now sits north of Interstate 70, between S Yale and Holton Ave. It appears that when a railroad line came through, the connection between Bellows and Nace was broken. The 1900 US Census entry shows them at 298 Kimball. Kimball was renamed W Gay St, and the section of Kimball where Charles Garrison used to live looks to have been condemned for the construction of Veteran's Memorial.

FamSearch Death Record - Garrison, Charles E While the document spells his name "Garitson," I am reasonable certain this is Charles Emory Garrison. I've found "Garitson" is a common error in his records.
[S252] Message, Mark Hughes 12 Mar 2008.
I just got Minnie's marriage record to David King Wallace. They were married in Franklin co., Ohio on 17 Dec 1906. On that she says she was married once before, and is a widow.
